Following up on my last entry, I’d like to dive a little deeper into my view on life.

Because life is short, I believe it's incredibly important how we use our limited resources—especially our time and energy.
How we manage these resources greatly affects the richness of our lives.
To use our resources wisely, I believe three things are essential:
Taking time to think deeply
Making clear plans (I personally prefer pen and paper for this)
Facing yourself honestly (and letting go of what’s no longer needed)
These steps are crucial for setting goals and creating a plan of action.
The way we allocate our resources naturally changes with age and life circumstances.
I’m currently in my 30s, and I’ve noticed that I spend more and more energy on conditioning—taking care of my health and physical state.
I believe there’s a kind of “cheat period,” where you can still push your body a bit, and for me, that lasts until about age 40.
So, the big question I ask myself is: “What should I use the rest of this cheat period for?”
That’s the most important issue I’m facing right now.
How quickly can I identify my “Musts”the things I absolutely have to do—and focus my time and energy on them?
Of course, the “Needs” things that are important but not urgent—still matter.
But in my life, prioritizing the Musts comes first.
As part of creating the environment where I can focus on my Musts,
I chose to work as a "therapist in the men's escort industry for women."
This job is one of those “Needs,” and also a stepping stone that helps me prepare for my next “Must.”
More to come next time!
