In the peak of summer, drinking large amounts of water (such as mineral water) alone can lower the concentration of minerals in your body,
which may actually worsen dehydration.
What’s important is replenishing both water and minerals.
Make good use of sea salt, electrolyte drinks, or sports drinks in appropriate amounts!
